 Skilled Laborer

Description: This person will work on an excavation crew and play an integral role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from utility work to site grading.  We are committed to providing our skilled laborers with every tool and advantage that they need in order to meet our high expectations, but our projects will maintain a fast pace and demand consistent productivity and quality of workmanship from this person.

Requirements: Must have experience with pipe work; including water, sewer and drainage.  Must have experience with site grading, foundation hole excavation and septic system construction.

Positions

Equipment Operator

Description: This person will work on an excavation crew and play an integral role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from utility work to site grading.  In addition to running a fleet of modern and well maintained equipment our operators will get the chance to run GPS automated and guided equipment. We provide heavy equipment operators with a unique range of opportunities and support but we expect them to be responsible, productive, versatile and SAFE.  Our operators will shovel, rake, rig, lift, fuel or grease if it means that the job will be done better or more efficiently.

Requirements: Must have experience with pipe work, site grading and mass excavation.  Applicants must be skilled and experienced at running bulldozers, excavators, loaders and site-trucks and have a valid Hoisting License.  Class A or B Commercial Driver's License is a plus.

 Site Foreman

Description: This person will be responsible for one or more excavation crews and play a leading role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from utility work to site grading.  Although we provide our crews with field surveying and layout our foremen gain exposure to a wide range of layout tools and technology. A Foreman at WET has the support and cooperation of a qualified group of Engineers, Estimators and Project Managers.  We rely on our Foremen for ideas, input, expertise and motivation.  A Foreman at WET will have the tools and support that they need to get their job done, but the burden of performance and quality lies squarely on their shoulders.

Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of experience as a site-work specific Site Foreman.  Must demonstrate expertise in pipe work, site grading, mass excavation, layout and reading/interpreting blue-prints.  This person will have direct contact with customers, general contractors, engineers, architects and inspectors and must act professionally while guarding the best interests of WET and our Customers.  Applicants must be self-motivated and aggressive achievers.  A detail oriented personality is a must; we get it right the first time so we do not do things twice.
